The newest remake of an old story is the adventure family film Peter Pan. Jeremy Sumpter plays Peter Pan a 12 year old boy with magical powers who flies in the bedroom window of a young girl named Wendy and whisks her and her 2 brothers away to Never-land. Peter introduces Wendy to his band of the lost boys and she soon meets Peter’s nemesis Captain Hook. This movie is a little more violent then Disney’s Peter Pan but it’s better in some ways because of the changes. It’s full of action for the kids and with a modern story it’s different from the traditional Peter Pan. Don’t worry parents, they fly to Neverland not Never-Neverland. I’m giving this classic a B rating.
